This week on Lake Okeechobee it had started out slow with the water still being pretty cold. It was in the low 60’s but by the end of the week it climbed to the high 70’s which is pretty good for this time of year.
This past week we’ve also had a lot of south winds which stirred up the water on the north end of the lake. But all is not bad, we’ve had some great catches at the end of the week. Good areas to fish are Kings Bar, Tin House and Grassy Island. Now with the week of the new moon coming, you better hang on. Here is a picture of one of the fish I caught this week.
