Jan 30 – Mar 5, 2018 – Lake Okeechobee Bass Fishing Report

The last couple of weeks on Lake Okeechobee has been very good. We have had some stable weather and that helps the fishing a lot. The water temp is in the mid to upper 70’s. The winds has been bad at time with 10-15 mph winds from the NW to SW so the water clarity is mess up in some area of the lake.
The best baits right now are wild Shiners, Spinnerbaits, Swimbaits, and Senkos. Good areas to fish are Tin House area and the NW corner of the lake. Here is a picture of me with a couple of fish that I caught this week.
